Returns & Exchanges
At Eau de Dubai we hope every order feels like an experience to treasure. Should you change your mind, we make the return process as smooth as possible. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and accessories intact.
- Fragrance bottles or sets that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Return costs are at your expense. For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label (€6,50 will be deducted from your refund).
- Exchanges are free of charge — we will cover the return shipping for the new item.
How to Arrange a Return
1. Through Your Account
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return or exchange. Follow the steps and confirm your request. A return label will be sent to you by email.
2. By Email
Prefer to contact us directly? Send an email to support@eaudedubai.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Whether you wish to return or exchange
We will reply with instructions and, if desired, provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If you choose an exchange, your new product will be shipped immediately after we process your return.
Please Note
- Always keep your proof of shipment until we confirm your return.
- Items that do not meet our conditions (used, damaged, or incomplete) may not be accepted or may be subject to a value reduction.
- Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
